1. Overview on Digital Products

At Pixel to Print, all our products are instant digital downloads (high-resolution 300 DPI files). No physical items or printed posters will be shipped to your address.

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital files (which cannot be physically returned once downloaded), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been completed and the download links have been generated or sent.

3. Exceptions & Technical Issues

We want you to love your art and have a seamless experience. While we do not issue refunds for change of mind, we are happy to assist or issue a replacement/refund under specific circumstances:

• Corrupted Files: If a downloaded file is proven to be corrupted or technically flawed.
• Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the exact same artwork twice.
• Wrong File Sent: If the file delivered does not match your order specification.

If you experience any issues downloading or opening your files, please contact us within 14 days of purchase, and our team will resolve it promptly.

4. Order Cancellations

Because digital delivery is fully automated and occurs instantly upon payment confirmation, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
